Returns:

All items of clothing unless under the 'ready made' section are custom made. This means refunds are not accepted unless faulty and are exempt from the distant selling regulations in relation to changing your mind.

If an item is pre made or in the unlikley event the item is faulty then we ask for you to contact us within 14days of us receiving the item so that we can arrange an exchange or refund.

When returning an item, it must be in the original state it was received in, It must be unwashed. If there are signs of wear or the item being washed we will be unable to refund or replace and it'll be sent back to you.

Delivery:

Our items have a 4-6 weeks Turnaround Time. Unless they are pre made items. Pre made items have a turnaround time of 5 days.

We post all items via Royal Mail, recorded delivery. Royal Mail class an item lost after a certain amount of days. If you have not received your order within this time. A replacement or refund will be sent.

Although most of our items are sent out within our dispatch time, unfortunately there may be delays from time to time, so please do

Washing:

All items are advised to be washed at 30 degrees and NOT to be used in a tumble dryer. Not washing your items properly may lead shrinkage.
